Beautiful Weekend!

It's a beautiful weekend and I'm having fun making cards!
Found some really cute designs online for baby cards - the giraffe is my favorite!

And still finding places to use my ribbon flowers!

And this is a case of "closing the barn door after the horse is gone!".  A friend at work had a little scare and we needed a card to show her some support.  Now I have a card in case someone needs it.

This is a re-make of a card that previously had a tissue stuffed in the pocket, but with this design, that didn't work.  I also changed the verse so it matched the front better.  It says "A pocket full of wishes hoping you feel better quickly!".

Here's another re-make.  The first version's text was too small.  This one is still a little on the squinty side!  I'll fix it yet!

And I've had these next 2 designs for quite a while.  I couldn't decide which one I liked more, so I made them both.  It amazes me that they are essentially the same card.  Just a few changes and it looks so different.  I think that's a new project - how to change existing cards into something new!

And I'm having so much fun using my chalk inks!  I dabbed and dotted the vellum behind the designs - love the effect!

Flowers Abloomin'

More flowers here!  And yet outside, we're having a very wet spring snow.  These blooms make me feel like it's sunny and warm.
Still working on new techniques - I love this poppy.

And this type is called Kanzashi - tons of videos online.

So even though the weather outside is not cooperating with the season, I'm inside and having a blast with my Pazzles Inspiration.
